CTET or Central Teacher Eligibility Test is a national-level examination conducted by CBSE to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in schools across India. For the primary level (Classes I-V), candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). For the elementary level (Classes VI-VIII), candidates must have a graduation degree with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). CTET Exam Date 2024 Out
Along with the CTET January 2024 Notification, CBSE has also announced the CTET Exam Date 2024 along with the complete schedule for the exam day. As per the CTET Notification, the CTET 2024 Exam is to be conducted on 24th January 2024 for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. CTET Paper 1 will be conducted in morning shift from 9:30 am to 12 noon and CTET Paper 2 will be conducted in evening shift from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
