The Registration for the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade- II/Executive Examination 2023 exam will be commenced online and candidates have to submit their applications from 25th November to 15th December 2023. IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Apply Online Link

The IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 online application link will be activated on the official website of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) at www.mha.gov.in. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for 995 ACIO Grade II/ Executive posts either from the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs or from the direct link shared in the article [which will be activated on 25th November 2023]. Candidates had to submit their application forms before the closing date i.e. 15th December 2023 to avoid any kind of technical issue on the last date.

The candidates have to submit their online application form for IB ACIO 2023 along with the required application fee. Payments through the SBI challan generated on the last day of closure of online application forms can be submitted in the bank till 15th December 2023 (during banking hours only). Steps for IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Apply Online

The candidates have to submit their IB Recruitment 2023 Application form through online mode only as forms from any other mode will not be accepted. Follow the below steps to apply online for IB Recruitment Vacancies.

Step 1- Visit the official website of MHA at www.mha.gov.in.

Step 2- On the homepage, click on “Online Applications for the posts of ACIO Grade II/ Executive in Intelligence Bureau (IB)”.

Step 3- The IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Notification pdf is displayed on the screen. Read the complete details and click on “Online Registration”.

Step 4- The Registration process is conducted using Personal & Contact details. Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail on the registered e-mail ID.

Step 5-  After registration, the candidate has to log in and complete other details in the application form like Personal Details, Qualification Details, and Declaration etc.

Step 6- Upload photo & signature in the prescribed format.

Step 7- Once the application is submitted, candidates will be automatically redirected to SBI gateway to deposit the examination fee of Rs. 100 (if applicable) and Recruitment Processing Charges of INR 500 (plus Bank charges, if applicable), to be paid by all candidates, through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI /challan etc. Candidate may generate payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.

Step 7- Download and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

Pre Requisite for IB ACIO Application Form 2023

Photograph Image:

• Coloured photo of size 35mm (width) x 45mm (height) not older than 12 weeks.
• The size of the scanned image should be between 50-100kb in jpg/jpeg format only.
• Black & while photo will not be accepted.
• Light background. Light grey/white is suggested. No patterns.
• The face should cover 70-80% of the photo.
• The applicant should look straight at the camera with a normal expression.
• Avoid uniforms of colours matching the background.
• If the applicant wears optical glasses, then his/her eyes should be fully visible.

Signature Image: 

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black ink pen.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
• Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
• Size of file should be between 50-100kb in jpg/jpeg format only

The officers under the Central Police Organizations or State Police Organizations or Defence Forces can apply for IB ACIO Recruitment 2023. To be eligible for ACIO Grade-II/ Executive, the candidates must have the required eligibility criteria as mentioned in the IB ACIO Notification 2023 and the same has been discussed below-

IB ACIO 2023 Selection Process

The candidates have to qualify in three stages to get shortlisted for IB ACIO Grade II/ Executive posts. Based on their performance & normalization of marks in the Tier-I exam, candidates would be shortlisted for the Tier-II exam. Based on their combined performance in Tier-I and Tier-II, the candidates would be shortlisted for the Tier-III/Interview The selection procedure as detailed in the IB ACIO Grade II/ Executive Notification 2023 is as follows-

IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern

The IB ACIO 2023 Exam is divided into two tiers, wherein IB ACIO Tier 1 is Objective Type and Tier 2 is Descriptive Type. There is a negative marking of 1/4 marks in tier 1 exam and no negative marking for tier 2.

IB ACIO 2023 Salary

The candidates shortlisted for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II/ Executive posts will be offered with pay matric of level 7. The basic pay ranges to Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/-.  The salary of the initially appointed IB ACIO Grade 2/Executive is detailed in the below table.
